Weight , robustness other?
I'm really desperate to do something about my health. Specifically my weight- 6 foot high 290ish pounds.
I would like to lose weight to restore my health and appearance. Thing is, when I try, I can lose some quite briskly. But I never really feel motivated. It's not that I'm trying too hard and doing things I can't profess, purely lack of motivation.
I want to find motivation. Obviously health is one factor that should, better self confidence, appearance are others. Getting a girlfriend (although if a girl really really liked me she wouldn't care I guess [i'm 18 btw] ) possibly, not sure...
Any thinking? What would motivate me?
Answers: Consider that exercise is its own reward, and get moving.
