When Start-Stop doesn't work.. (Premature ejaculation)?

The entry for ME is, I practice. But the second it's game time, they seem to be extremely vigorous. Weeks to months of training all jump out the window. Should I start increasing my speed adjectives the time now??

If start-stop isnt working i would definatly try the stuff that takes away the sensitivity.
one and only problem ive had near those is that it takes it away a moment or two to much and i had trouble gettin past its sell-by date.
