Don't do it! It depends on how much it tears. If it completely tears it should eventually heal and yes, you would be capable of pull the foreskin rear farther.
If it only somewhat tears it can be quite hurting (and initially bleeds quite a bit!) I speak from experience! Mine moderately tore last week to to sex lacking enough lubrication. I am told this will treat on it's own too in going on for 2-4 weeks. Either way, it if tears and doesn't come across to be getting better after a week or so, move about see a doctor ASAP!
