Losing weight stale thighs.?
I really hate my thighs because they are really big even though my body is kinda slim. My thighs are also the apology for my big hips.
Im a guy, and I know it sounds weird, but i dislike intensely looking like this
I own a tredmill and I want to know how long, and how should i exercise (The incline/decline, how fast, etc.)
I really want to lost a great deal of fat rotten my thighs (and the rest of my body) and build muscle. Please detail your answer. I dont want a "Just run a lot" answer"
Also, eating Plans? Should i really single eat 6 times a sunshine, small meals.. I dont know how that helps

If your body frame is naturally from the waist down is widespread no matter how slim you carry it will always far-reaching but if it is fat after diet and signing up in a gym and ask them which machines that will help use up your hips size
eat abundantly of veges and stay on the tread meil till you drop dude were totile indistinguishable man just do abundantly of exersize and cut down the late darkness snakes and do a lot of chruchs and you will hve a slim body contained by no time and also thank jesus
I'ma dancer and we work o our thighs alot ( Make sure that if you do this your thighs are fatty not muscular!) Try leg lifts bicycle crunches and something call mashed potatoe. It's when you ly on your side turn your foot contained by and tap your toes to your ankle later shoot it up! Good luck it worked on me!
