How can I be sure if I hold "crabs" or not?

Because I am 14, and don't seem to hold really gone completely through puberty yet, but I do hold pubic hair...and I see some small bumps on my penis, and I havn't ever have sex, so I'm wondering what they are.

well crabs are little bugs that are kinda close to lice and some times even fleas or ticks and the scurry around within your pubic hair.

uh.. well.. crabs are similar to lice.. meaning little bugs living in your pubes. The bumps are predictable just ingrown hair, but if it's really bugging you go to the doctor.

If you own crabs you can usually see them. they are small bugs that are around the hairs fundamental the scrotum. They can be plucked off or kill with special spray.
