sounds like a pretty obedient work out! the only entity I see wrong is the stopping to edo other excerses while doing cardio, you should attempt to keep the heart rate at a constant 80% stopping to do something else could slow that heart rate down and consequently it has to pick up again. as far as muscle growth sometimes the muscles necessitate to be "shocked " in to growth so once a week use for a while heavier resistance to get those muscle to rate attention.
How do i improve my sex drive?
sure that'll work newly dont kill yourself :)activity level and what you devour, in combination, will help out most. Seems you already have the exercise piece well below way, in a minute review the foods and beverages side to reduce the intake of starch & sugar as okay as cutting instrument back on carbonated soft drinks. While the routines you describe shoudl sustain you develop muscles and lose weight, they do hold time; so hav epatience.
