Shaving issues?
ok i have be shaving for several years in my genital region and from time to time i have gotten ingrown hair does anyone kow of a way short of going to a doctor to carry rid of them they are very annoying and it make for some uncomfortable question with clean girls. Also has anyone ever cut them selves and notice that a sliver of skin has detched that simply sits there. probably will progress to a doctor for that one but just checking if anyone know ways to get rid of them thank you.

The best way to operation with an in-grown coat (anywhere) that I know of is warm/hot compress. It works kind of approaching a zit. If you warm it up adequate, the hair pushes to the top and straightens out.
The other article sounds like a skin stub. But in that nouns, I'd be really careful and run see the doctor. Could be something more serious.
STOP shaving if you want the ingrown hair to go away
