My crotch smells fruitless. Is something wrong?

I am an average clean good guy 30 years old. I go swimming regularly. I have never have a problem with body odor, ever.

For the first time within my life my crotch is emit a weird strong odor. It is not resembling butt or a normal crotch smell.

I do own hair, i am not shaved. I am sure this greatly affects it.

I am have no other problems in that nouns. The only piece i have ever have down there be a bladder infection. (It cant be an STD thing. My wife and i enjoy only be together and we have never ever be with another personage ever in our lives. 10+ years, high-ranking school sweethearts.)

My wife cant give the impression of being to figure out the smell. She think it might be a yeast infection. Can you get that within your hair?

Yeast can be funny smelling. My husband get it sometimes because he does asphalt in the boil and rain and stays drizzly for hours on end.
