Cure's for sunken chest?

I have be dealing with the shortage of breath and simply the sad look of my sunken chest , know any polite cures?

I had a cousin that have the same problem he also have problems when he ate. The Dr. said their is a surgery that can fix this problem. For him they recomended waiting till he was at most minuscule in his 20's to produce sure he was done growing. A lot of time it get better. His is still sunk in but he doesn't enjoy the eating and breathing problems anymore so he didn't enjoy the surgery.

Need more information, but if it's a dent in your chest and it's be there since birth you shouldn't enjoy any problems with it, but if it is affecting your breathing.you should pop in your doctor.
