i wouldnt worry so much just about it being a sin,,, but it does affect your strength. it can cause dizziness depression (i think) and eventually sexual nounsIf your not a religious enthusiast, then masturbation is not a sin. Actually it is nature way of experimenting near how your body functions. It is normal and tough, but remember..anything done to excess is unhealthy.
