Benefits of yoga?


I'm a fairly slim guy so substance loss wouldn't be an issue for me. I was looking more for a muscle toning exorcise. I don't want to donate a lot of muscle mass so much as I would similar to definition and generally purely be in better shape. Would yoga be a suitable pursuit?

Absolutely - there are other several guys in my class and they find it as confrontational as the women - if not more so, as plentiful guys have not done much work on flexibility until that time. I would recommend starting with a hatha yoga class to swot the poses, then move to a more difficult class close to power yoga, ashtanga yoga, or vinyassa (flow) yoga. These are more challenging and the toning results are more dramatic. You'll procure exactly the kind of muscle you're describing - toned and lean, not steroid-looking bulky.

Sure..there are men who do yoga. It make you more flexible, burns calories, and calms you. Don't listen to what other weak people right to be heard about it, because it's exceedingly good for you.
