Is there a road to stay shorter?

I already asked a question similar to this, but can diet affect rank, because both of my parents are very elevated, but I don't want to be that tall. The doctor told me my loftiness would be around 6 feet 3 inches, but I don't want to be so high-ceilinged is there a opening (by not eating unshakable foods etc) I can slow down growing?

Yes, it's possible, but you would also not be very big surrounded by "other" areas and you might end up sick or looking anorexic. So unless you want to move about into anorexic shock, I suggest you just cram to love yourself for who you are. Being tall isn't doomed to failure. Besides, you can help outdated ladies get things at the grocery store.
