Does the bowflex work the course people influence it does?

i have a bowflex. it does work, but not especially fast. i prefer free weights. the bowflex os for building lean muscle.

Nope. My husband works for UPS and adjectives the workers joke when they see one coming down the belt. They other say, "Here comes subsequent year's garage sale item". Complete idle away of money.
