How to overcome a complex?
I'm 20 and sort of skinny, and am complexed that many a 15 year hoary can throw me over. I tried gym a lot but adjectives I achieve is that I become a more muscular skinny , lol, still too night light to impress.
How can you overcome if you have a complex because of that, or what would be a right sport to learn to look after myself and be more confident ?

Start drinking protein shakes. Your metabolism is probably very giant and your burn calories and fats up efficiently. Try and get on a cargo gain program, but keep exercising to convert adjectives that intake into muscle.

Try war arts...karate/judo etc...build your self esteem while learning self defense. Yes warring arts can help, within fact human being thin and wiry might be an plus in some military arts. The other poster is right too...lots of people conjecture skinny guys are way hot! In the conclusion though it is not your size that is going to receive that teenager to bestow you back your form...it is your attitude. As you live in a big city you know you see plenty of skinny guys that not a soul would mess with.right?Try soccer or lacrosse or boxing, even. I tihnk your build is purely naturally skinny, but try packing on a couple of pounds in rotund and then tallying bulk and muscle weight to that. Good luck! ;-)

If you don't like anyone skinng, then cause sure you're eating a illustrious protein diet when you're working out. You can also take wieght gain products that really work.If you don't close to being skinny only because you're worried about defending yourself, don't rubbish your time worring. Enjoy life and as you attain into your mid-20's you'll see most guys start gaining wieght. You'll soon find how oodles girls like skinny guys.
