Can anybody help me beside my abs?
i really dont have time to budge to the gym because i am really busy with institution, so are there any home exercises that can be recommended? Also I am pretty high and it makes my waist smaller than my waist (compared to other guys) Would roundabout exersises help me near this? Thanx.really appreciated

abs..stomach crunches are pretty awesome. various ways of making them harder too. work out the put money on too though! with straight leg deadlifts for example.

NO dont do stomach crunches and sit ups and stuff!After school every single and on week ends run 2 - 3 miles concrete! This should take you 16 - 20 minutes(2 mile) depending on current shape, and give or take a few 25 minutes(3 miles). I do this it worked with surrounded by 3 days(for me depends on your metabolism(mines fast) and many other things)
