How to I stay 5" 6'?

I am a teen and I am 5 feet 6 inches towering and still growing. My dad is tall as resourcefully and I don't want to end up as towering as he is. Alot of people consider me tremendously tall, and I am getting exceedingly tired of it. I want to beable to stay at this height untill I am a junior surrounded by highschool. Any doctors, nutritionists...etc. out there that can oblige? PLEASE... help me.

5'6 is pretty tall for an elementry student, and for sure you will verbs to grow taller.

However, a good instrument, though not recommened to stunt your growth is to sleep less, and do smaller number exercises that requires stretching.

Well, obviously I'm not a doctor.. but You can't stop your growth. Being soaring isn't bad. I'm 5'3 and I'm a girl and I'm pretty short.. and I resembling my height. Your body newly does it by itself and you can't stop it

If you are really determined to stay at 5'6, which really is not that tall, be in motion do some workouts. I heard that if you buff up at a young-looking age, you'll stunt your growth.
