Does obverse changes as we grow elder?

iam 17yrs old presently.
i was wondering if my facade will change after after puberty?
my elder brother too changed a great deal after his puberty, like getting prominent mouth, nose etc.
does this begin to everyone?

don't expect any michael jackson ("i haven't had surgery") type change. most people do conversion but there are a few who don't appear to change at adjectives. michael j. fox anyone?
