Do feet stop growing hasty?

im 16 and my shoe size hasnt really changed in over 3 or 4 years, im single 8.5 usa size, my hands own grown an inch the past 6 months, but not my foot. do they have a arbitrary or are they done

yea, there done. i singular wear an 8-9 myself, and my feet haven't gotten any bigger contained by months. so yes, feet stop growing precipitate.
