Food for bones and growth them?
any one tell me going on for the food for growth the bones in size and i want to gain substance tell me what should i guzzle . and i am facing a problem .. pain within my back when i bend or lay on bed my put money on pain why is it want of calcium . and tell me name of food what should i eat....I ALSO WANT TO GROW MY FACE BONES WHAT SHOULD I EAT OR EXERCISE OF THIS MY AGE IS 20

Bone strength = Calcium. Many dairy products hold a high amount of calcium, but also, seriously of products have an "Added calcium" preference. Like orange liquid, etc. Also, take a on a daily basis multiviatmin. Milk is good for calcium and protein, try to drink a chalice of water when you first rouse up, then a chalice of milk with a multivitamin after. Maybe own some type of fruit also in the morning. You don't want to cart vitamins without some sort of food.
Certain foods... Milk, Cheese, Orange Juice next to "Calcium" on the flap thingy (!?!? What would you call that?) basically look at the nutrition info on the back of foods, it's near for a reason.
Edit: I only just read somewhere that you need Vitamin D to fetch the calcium to your bones.. try to keep an eye out for that also. Yogurt and eggs are also right.
