Getting abs is about reducing body large.. for a young dude you involve to be down around 8% body fat.. that's low... this take a strict diet regime. You already have abs you know.. simply not well defined and prolly underhand under a seam of fat. present yourself a poke in the guts.. if the nouns of your finger hittin gyour guts doesn't sound similar to this . "ting"... you are too fat.

As for exercise, these gross larger abs.. more definition. Crunches, leg raises, cross crunches, sit ups, reverse crunches, bridges .. etc etc. in that are at least 50 different ones I enjoy seen.
