Weight lifting repetition concerns?
I have be weight lifting for a while. I want to bulk up. But I own found that I feel my muscles work profoundly more when I do around 45 lbs bicep curling on the barbell for 13 reps than when I do over 50 lbs for 7 reps. I know I should do lower reps and more weight to bulk up but I never surface my muscles working when I do low reps. I just go and get tired and weaker but I never feel the burn. Nor are my muscles sore the subsequent day. I want to quality my workout when I do more weight lower reps, but I don't. I a short time ago get tired. I really want to bulk up, but the traditional method of low reps big weight basically isn't working. I take creatine and protein as very well.

Number one stop taking the creatine, it screw around with your blood pressure and your heart rate. You are any not lifting weights right if you don't feel a burn or you own a medical problem, usually with everyone if you erect something heavy for a long length of time you feel the lactic sour burning in your muscles..but try going off the creatine it's horrible for your body and doesn't minister to you bulk up, maybe later you'll notice a difference
