Is it possible to grow muscle lacking doing anything? (or much)?
I workout about once a week. But respectively time I do it, my muscles noticeably increase. You'd hold to be blind to not see the difference if you saw two side by side pictures. This isn't bad obviously, but the thing is my friends try my workouts and they don't gain at adjectives. They usually just get hold of sore, and stronger.
Is anything wrong with me?
And I put away an asian diet because I'm asian :O Veggies, rice, meat, fish, good stuff essentially.

Everyone's body is different. Don't expect what works for you to work for others. Some people hold a hard time making muscle (hardgainers) and some don't. It adjectives depents on your unique physiology.
The simply way to gain muscle mass is by stressing your muscles, ie. lifting weights. The just thing you'll accomplish by doing nought is letting your muscles go into atrophy (catabolic state where your muscle fibers shrink or dissolve completely).
If you can get to where on earth you want physically with minimal exercise, after hey, more power to ya. But to stay healthy and not a moment ago be aesthetically pleasing, I would recommend you exercise no less than 30 minutes a daylight, 3 times a week.

muscle growth is a form of medicinal torn muscle fibers, healing take more than one day, so if your notice increased size the next morning, thats called inflamation and is cause by the workout. otherwise you may just hold higher testosterone than your friends, you would enjoy a deeper voice, more facial hair , possibly premature balding, ect.

Yes you can grow muscle short doing anything. As you can see that older inhabitants have bigger muscles. Also its not that your getting muscle. Its of late that your muscles are swollen.When you work out, your muscles gets ripped apart. This is why you perceive sore. After time the muscles heals and grows current muscles. thats why working out build muscles.
