How do I drastically augment the number of push-ups I can do?


I must pass the Army Physical Fitness Test surrounded by about a month or I lose my ROTC funding. I'm good as far as running and sit-ups progress, but how can I drastically improve my push-up reps? I can do in the order of 30 and have to do at lowest 42 in two minutes to miss.
