Go to a doctor. Don't mess with an unknown boil by yourself. It really wishes a professional look. If the boil is not dangerous, a doctor can remove it for you.

Try doing a "moisture/heat" pack. What my mom showed me to do is: Get a drizzling washcloth/towel and put it in your microwave for nearly 30-45 seconds (enough to create it warm/hot), then put it inside a plastic sack (even a bread bag will work). Put a spare cloth over your boil (so you don't burn yourself). Then apply the wet, thaw out bag to your manager. You can warm up more as needed. This wet/hot compress will facilitate to bring your boil to a head and release it. Another point you can try is some Zinc Oxide ointment and a strip aid. Put it on the boil overnight. That too will bring the boil to a head.

a old home recipe,mix equal amount of soap and sugar,put on a bandaid and cover the boil.or you can buy some magnaplasm from the chemist and do alike
