Do men attain receding hairlines at their ankles and calves?

I have patch of hair virtually balding and they seem to be to be catching up with what seem like receding curls. Are my shins gonna go bald? Is that why behind the times men like long socks?

I've never hear of it, but I've often wondered going on for it. I work in a hospital and I habitually see old men that own bare legs and wondered if that's something that typically happens close to balding.
