I enjoy reduced fat immediately whats some good exercises to attain Abs?
Just say what are some polite exercises to get abs instead of sit-ups. I already know situps but i necessitate something else.

U could try lay flat on ur back,hand at ur sides and pointing ur toes. Then u slowly raise ur legs-pointed toes and adjectives!-as high as u can draw from 'em then again slowly lower them 'til ur a few inches rotten the ground and hold 'em there for a couple of minutes later bring 'em to the ground again! Repeat this as many times as u can.Do this exercise as frequently as u want!
-Another one is to falsehood on ur stomach and raise ur body diagonally by resting on ur forearms and toes lone keeping the rest of ur body perfectly straight. Keep ur body raise thus for as long as u can! Try this one in the morning and evening('bout 3 min. is satisfactory each tym!)
These may seem to be weird to u when u read them but try them out and u'll see they work and u discern some burn in ur abdominal muscles! >:)
