Am I too young to hold defined muscles?
Am I too young to own defined abs, big pecs, chiseled arms and legs? I am 14, male, 5'3", 116 lbs, aprrox. 19-20% b.f., and possibly started P. a few months ago. I can do about 50 push-ups surrounded by a sitting and 100 sit-ups. I am pretty athletic

you might be.. everyone's different. freshly keep it up and when ur testosterone starts kicking in u'll be jacked. its suitable that ur in the quirk now though.

no you are not too younghavent you ever see that kid that is totally buffed, If I am remembering correctly he started working out at the age of 6.
