I am 19 years old and weigh around 200 pounds. I lift weights pretty much everyday. My bodyfat is somewhere between 16 and 25 because I enjoy gotten different answers from different tests. However I own a lot of excess flabby on my butt and thighs that I'm trying to lose, as well as on my love handle. I am currently in a bulking phase right presently, but I don't know if I should yet.
