How to carry broader(bigger) shoulders?
Hi guys, i am wondering how to get broader shoulders. I am at the moment 19inches broad but want to become broader. What excercises really brand them broader and buffier looking?? really the best excercise! and how much will it take to gain 1 inch. Thanks guys
