Backache from Yoga/Period/Computer?

I just begin doing yoga about 9 days ago. I hold a really bad backache today and I am trying to write a dissertation at my computer but my back hurts really desperate. I also got my time of year 4 days ago so this may be contributing to the problem. Could yoga be the cause of this backache? What can I do?

Sometimes yoga has an effect on your body to "correct" the ways the body be treated previous to yoga practice. If you are used to sitting for long periods of time at the computer, yoga may be forcing your to sit up more straight and not hunched which most culture do.

Also, I don't know much about period and cramping, but maybe yoga have somewhat intensified the level of cramping you typically experience. Over time this should work itself out once your body gets more used to the asanas. I believe that yoga is not to blame for your spinal column aches but possibly the body and mind in in attendance transition from life up to that time yoga to life near yoga.

Should I start jogging?

Well I'm sure your term isn't helping but keep up near the yoga it's probably just your body not individual uded to the stretching and body poses involved with yoga. But yoga is wonderful. Always sit up straight at the desk to. You could try putting a small pillow behing your put a bet on in the bench to help support your rear legs.
