For a youngster how much weights should I be lifting?
I am 14 years old and I want to start lifting weights, but I be wondering how heavy the weights should I be lifting, and how regularly?

Wkded m8 i lift im 14 contained by october well at first ull inevitability to put on a bit of weight NOT SWEETS stuff resembling eggs , tuna all tht thn in poor health say u shud erect easy 6kgs on respectively arm

To be honest I would stick with free weights and cardio at your age. Our society is really worried in the order of built bodies and such but it's hard to find to in the first place and until you're fully developed nearly impossible. Anyway I would stick next to a collection of free weights for now, especially at a younger age bench presses and other solidity room equipment really doesn't show alot of gain.As for the weight it depends on what you're doing, if you voice get a set next to a 10 20 and 30 or so you should be able to cover everything. If you're really looking to build do them every daytime for 20 minutes, longer if you can keep going, this will build muscle faster and easier than a few days a week at an hour. This make free weights nice because they're easy to find and hang on to at home.
