Best exercise to do away with love handles. What is it? How recurrently?

do cardio exercises for approaching 25+ minutes along with some trunk verbs and medicine orb twist. I usually do my trunk verbs using cables but you can use close to a 25lb plate and twist from departed to right turning only your upper body kinda lookin aft yourself. To do med ball verbs just sit on the floor, cross your legs and kinda lean spinal column and move the med ball from side to side. do this 5 days a week starting beside 3 sets of 30 each and increase by ten reps respectively week. or you can do them by time, start with 3 sets of 45 second and increase the time by 15 seconds respectively week.
