You should ask people around you, ancestors who can see you so they can tell you if you hold a face for it or not.

I personaly do not approaching mustaches and beards but some population can really pull it stale (think Johnny Depp here), especially if it's a light moustache, not those big, huge fuzzy things covering all the space between the mouth and the antenna.

If you never shaved before, be aware than once you start, you gonna enjoy to keep it up every time. Are you ready for the hassle?

you're a guy... you are supposed to get a moustache and beard sometime contained by your life! it's a conventional reaction of your body, so why be ashamed of it?
it depends on how frail you are, i'm guessing not yet 16/17, but you own to remember - once you've shaved it, you have to shave it everyday from after onwards...
