The area between my legs is really itchy and i could touch little bumps on it and there's also duplicate itching behind my testicles. What's wrong? Oh yeah and is it majority if my left nut is farther hindmost and almost behind my right nut?

i dunno your age but it seems approaching hairs coming it.
and its unconscious for your testicles to be one higher and one lower, that opening they dont get crushed together when you put your foot (thank goodness for evolution).

The testicles are normal. The itching could be your commencing puberty depending on your age. It could be hair coming in. It's a spasm, but it will pass. :)
