I don't have a big stomach at adjectives of anything that you would call hefty. For some reason though i hold i guess manboobs. I don't need surgery newly like some exercises. I don't own any gym equipment so.... Some home exercises. So far i do push ups every morning and afternoon and run for like 15-20 mins. I also play basketball for 1-2 hours a year. Help me xD.
