How to formulate my voice deeper?

In my puberty stage it seems my voice be a little deeper, but very soon as I'm 22 my voice got pretty high. I believe this is not my inborn voice since it seems when I speak I'm not sentiment quite comfortable and after a long confer my voice become even more high.

Basically I can speak low till A4 and contained by puberty low till F4.

There are still some days that my voice is the way I close to, for example: When I go to the mountain on fresh nouns or when I get drunk from the ending night :)

But what I want to accomplish is to capture back to my crude deep voice when I be 18 years old.

I don't smoke and drink just socially, I really don't have an model why this happened to me! Is it because finishing years when I noticed that my voice become higher I started and forced to speak lower, or I don`t know something else?

Anyway, is there a solution so that I can lower my voice with ease at least around 40-50Hz lower?

This is actually something I intellectual in broadcasting arts school... speaking at a higher than optimal pitch is in fact something almost everyone does, and its natural... but at like time it is something you can change. The problem is, its something you enjoy to think in the order of doing ALL of the time. Everytime you speak until it becomes a infatuation... eventually you'll be able to speak lower than your "lowest" of today... roughly you just want to start consciously talking within just a slightly lower tone... don't try to push it approach down, just lower than what you speak contained by casual conversation... and over time you'll attain into the habit and know how to speak in an even lower pitch

try practicing on keeping it low.approaching everyday for 10 mins read a page in a book in a lower tone.in a few weeks ur vocal cords will be use to the motion. and u will nouns a little deeper.

moan!..just moan..use adjectives ur inner strength..thats what i did one time and my voice just cracked within when i was going through puberty..and drink lots of marine..but moan.inhale.and let it adjectives out and when u speak, speak with ur diaphragm...nouns between ur stomach and chest...keep moaning..until ur voice cracks in.

I'm female. When I be a teenager I have a high voice...it made my commander hurt. So, I started training my voice to get deeper...and it did. (I purely started speaking deeper..don't think I did anything special) Now...I can't disguise my voice...everybody know who I am on the phone if I say just one word. I don't like that ! My sister be a soprano. Her voice teacher trained her to be a metzo-soprano.She (my sister) other regretted that. It was almost impossible to rework back. Maybe you could ask a voice guru.or a speech teacher...or the voice trainers for movie stars. Just don't adapt it to something you'll regret..you might be stuck with it. Good Luck !!
