Walk into doctors and lay on table near legs spread. Doctors checks to makes sure you hold shaved (not your face that is). You achieve a anesthetic injected through the scrotum into the tube, this part can be for a while uncomfortable but not to fruitless. After this you don't feel much at adjectives. the doctor cuts through the scrotum/sack about 1cm long and pulls out some of the tube. he next cuts it and sows over the ends. this is don't on both sides.
he then puts a stitch surrounded by the scrotum cut and that's it. I was a bit sore for a few days but zilch that I couldn't handle. Make sure he wear jocks and not boxer shorts for the first week to stop things banging around if you know what i denote.
After a month you go fund and take a example of semen to make sure here is no more sperm in it.
