Beginner near push-ups and sit-ups...HELP WANTED!!?
I've NEVER done push-ups or sit-ups before, so could anyone let somebody know me how many sets and reps should i do?
aside from that, is it ok to do them everyday? i'm aware that you're supposed to own a day or two past its sell-by date after a workout.
And what does everone mean by tightening your abs when you do sit-ups? Do I suck my stomach in, or what? (stupid examine, but i REALLY don't know.)

regarding sets & reps if you are a pupil, i think you freshly do what your body can handle at first.
If you can do single 3 reps first, its okay rest a few minutes and try to do more on the second set. The number of sets will probably depend on how many reps you did on respectively set. 3 sets of 10 reps is about fine for push ups. 3 sets of 30 is ok for crunches.
WAIT! You mentioned sit-up. this medium you place your hands at the put a bet on of the neck and in need pushing your head near your hands you try to 'sit' up to almost the vertical position. This might be doomed to failure for your back.
A better alternative to the sit-ups is the crunches. With this, you place your hand again at the back and try with the sole purpose to curl your upper body. This means you solely lift the d¨Ścolletage part roughly speaking 1 to 2 inches from the flat position. Another one is the leg raise: you lie back flat, hands trailing the butt palms to the floor and raise your foot to about 45 degree and you return to the position of about 10 degree. Do not let your foot touch the ground on the way down. Do 3 sets of 30 also.
When you do push ups, you exercise your chest. This requirements a day or two of rest. But I guess you can do crunches and leg raise everyday. Yes you can tighten your abs a bit. No need to suck the stomach surrounded by.
