okay im 17 i work about 6 to 7 days a week and i own certain days for enduring thing soon i do chest,triceps,abs another day i own all legs,abs,vertebrae and another day i enjoy biceps,shoulders ,abs... my friends telling me to clutch creatine and also muscle milk they say it works but within my friends im just wondering some one else oppinion i want to nick both but will they work
