You'll be getting "plump" once you get over 170lbs. That's when your BMI would get chronological 25, which is the upper healthy rein in.
BTW, weight is one indicator. Another (a better one, IMO) is watching your waist. A typical college athlete (track and pen, or swimmer) has a waist of 32". A typical fit masculine has 34". An average Joe have 36" and anything above that is overweight.
40" would be obese.
