Should i drink a protein drink everyday or of late after the days i workout? (3x a week)?


i get around 23 g in a drink ... i workout 3x a week near powerclean, swats, bench press, biceps, calfs, and other workout...so should i only drink on days i work out or everyday .i weigh 105

Everyday is OK. Your muscles are rebuilding even on days you don't work out. Go ahead and drink PROTEIN DRINKS every day.

I drink Bolt house Mocha Protein, Mainly after a rock-hard day. It is raw and healthy for you.
Be mean how protein you take if you settle on to drink a commercial type.
Some blood types don't like too much protein.

Protein intake as a whole shud not exceed 1gm per kg shipment. It is immaterial when u pocket.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a sunshine. Nothing other than marine in between. Include plenty of pink vegetables and fruits in respectively meal, preferably 50%. Take light exercises and brisk walk regularly preferably twice a day.
