How do i get tight well-mannered abs?
im 16 about 200 LBS roughly speaking 5'6. i play football and lift weights for my college but i still have profusely of fat on my stomach, is nearby any way to obtain abs besides curls sirups and leglifts because i already do those and im losing the fat but not really getting the abs i want. some one plz support me

hang on to doing ur weights, but in crease cardio, and do lots of it, dont eat b4 bed rationale ur body doesnt use the cal's and drink 2ltrs of water to maintain ur body organs to function properly, this way they abet use stored fat for vigour, dont just run for ur cardio runn, running gets ur heart rate up into the podgy burning zone where jog bearly does.
