the only entry I can think of that fits your description as "erection cream" lubricant specially made for premature ejaculation...but I'm not sure that's what you're trying to do. That stuff works by making things smaller amount sensitive by slightly numbing things.

but if you're talking nearly a cream to fix erectile disfunction.it's probably a gimic that doesn't work..as far as I know only medicaitons such as as Viagra work for that...and you probably don't requirement it at your age.
