The hymen is a horse-shoe or ring similar to tissue which allows the mens to pass and come down even when it is intact and the girl is vergin, but some times (very rare) the hymen is not perforate and the mens will not come down when it first started, so it need a surgical operation. The other organ is Urethra, which is for urination and it's located purely above the vagina (when the girl is lying on her back) and it's much smaller than the vagina.
