How can i work my way up to self able to do a verbs up?

If you have a gym next to a bench press cage, place the handrail about waist lofty. Get under the public house and grip it with your hand so that you are under the railing, your body is straight so that you are at a 45 degree angle, in a minute pull yourself up to the block. These partial pull ups will grasp you used to pulling your weight. Along next to other lifting you can eventually do a regular pull up.
Start by doing basic push-ups, and dumbbell curls & shoulder shrugs.
Lose lots of freight, so there is smaller number of you to pull up. I did lots of cardio using my arms rowing and the cross country skier piece. One day i thought i would enjoy a go, i did almost 12. COULDN'T BELIEVE IT! Best of luck, hope it helps
