Need to gain 8 of muscle lbs in 2 weeks?
hello. I enjoy working out. i walk 4 days a week and have be taking creatine and protein supplements but have have a hard time purchase weight. I dont know why. I work out diff muscle groups respectively day and do between 10-15 reps and 5 exercises for respectively group. Is it because I have a really speedy metabolism? its kinda frustrating. Right now I weigh 163-164 lbs on a encyclopaedia scale; some electronic scales I use at the gym are wrong and say I weigh as low as 158 and as giant as 166. My goal is 170 and I have a feeling like I'm wasting money on these supplements if I'm not achieve my goal. I've be using GNC Mass XXX just lately but have be using BSN NO-Xplode and CellMass the past 4 months and enjoy seen minimal gain but I do have better pumps contained by my workouts. I'm moving away to college in few weeks and there would be zilch better than getting that extra boost of confidence from putting on those 8 lbs of muscle. Thank you for your help!

If prostate glands do so many problems, why can't they purely be removed, like the appendix?
Unfortunately, we are also fixed by our genetics. We hold the same problem - we are what others telephone call the 'hard gainers'. I guess the best course to dramatically add mass is to even increase the protein intake. (c)
If you have a feeling that you need more that what your powders/ shakes endow with you, you might want to eat 6-8 egg whites a hours of daylight. This is high surrounded by protein and low in cholesterol and carbohydrates. Note also the protein supplement that you feel have given you the best result. This is really dependent on the person. One can enjoy good result on one powder but another creature will not have equal result on the same powder. He might enjoy a good result on another powder.
It is not other a good article to base the results of your hard work on a weighing mount. Look in the mirror, do you in a minute see the body you want to have? Does it look obedient / proportioned?
Stop taking those supplements man, they ruin your body.
First of all you are working out too habitually. Second, you are doing too many reps & sets. Third, supplements are simply that, supplements. Fix your diet, by eating properly for your body type.

You cannot gain 8 lbs of muscle in 2 weeks unless your on roids, prohormones, or some other type of hormonal performance enhancer. The pure male body cannot produce more than between 0.25 and 0.5 pounds of dry muscle tissue per week. Now you can GAIN 8 lbs total...but it's mostly going to be overweight.
I have be a natural nouns for over 8 years. I used to be like 130 lbs and a total stick and immediately I weigh 193 lbs at a height of 5'10'' and tested 8.2% bodyfat surrounded by my last skinfold interview. Gaining muscle weight take time, it's a slow process and you have to be merciful. Gaining 5-10 lbs of muscle a YEAR is a good target for the organic lifter...that's it! This is the road of the organic lifter, it take time, you have to diet vastly clean, and you own to take more time to rescue. You can do an extreme bulk, but your going to be having to cut out closely of fat by dieting down eventually.
Personally, it takes me TWO WEEKS to workout every bodypart of mine. Every workout I do is smaller quantity than 50 minutes and sometimes as little as 30 minutes. Oh yeah, and I take a full week bad every 8 weeks where I don't even move about to the gym to lift! I inevitability that much recovery time as a fluent lifter. Yes, shocking isn't it :).
Since you are a colloquial lifter, you might want to administer this article a good read. It should dispell deeply of myths you see in bodybuilding magazine as a good number of culture don't know that professional bodybuilders are notorious drug users and you may be shocked roughly the amount of drugs they are shoting up to get to 300+lbs:

I do not know what GNC Mass XXX is, but I know BSN is NO and CellMass is creatine. Those two products are locked and used to help near muscle pumps. I have no perception what the poster above is talking something like, but creatine is completely safe to use, and from what I'm getting at, your probably at smallest 18 so those products are safe.
Anyway, if your trying to gain muscle, you involve to do more intense rep exercises. 15 rep sets aren't going to do it, and your a hard gainer close to myself. I only do 4-6 rep postive dud sets when bulking and they are VERY intense. You should be dropping your reps down to the 8-10 range. I wouldn't touch 4-6 rep sets until you hold more knowledge going on for lifting.
Another thing you have need of to do is consistently feed your body. When I'm bulking I munch through 7-9 small meals a hours of daylight (Includes protien shakes) evenly spread out throughout the day. This usually method your eating something every 2-3 hours until you progress to sleep. You'll have to put on a pedestal your calories to gain mass...start with 500 calories extra and see where on earth that goes and engender sure your consume lots of protien. I'm talking roughly minimum 170 grams of protien a day. You'll in actuality need more than that. I'm currently consuming over 225 grams of protien a light of day myself. Keep the proteins VERY lean though. Dont' be eating prompt food to bulk or bad cuts of meat. That's a perfect way to develop lots of fleshy and raise fruitless chelestrol. Learn to cook...it's the key to great vigour and a good body because you can control everything you consume and you can utilize no sodium to low sodium cooking using low sit seasonings like Mrs. Dash. I qualified myself to cook, I start off near a foreman grill in college and in a minute I cook every single one of my own meals and once in a blue moon if ever eat out.
You hold to be more knowledge as very well. Learn the facts yourself. Join a good bodybuilding forum similar to bodybuilding.com or Steel Force Bodybuilding and start following some of the bodyblogs of the guys on the forum. Read books...lots of them. Learn the difference between natural and chemically enhanced lifting. They are two separate universe and the muscle magazines will assume your a portion of the chemically enchanced wolrd. There is a good author on the bodybuilding.com site...his nickname is Myron Mielke. He is a pure natural nouns and he has great articles to look up.
Hope this help :).

less reps, more weight. That gain mass. If you do more than 8 reps per set, then you are toning your muscle more than building more. Worked for me. would do 2-5 reps per set at a superior weight and i am a 6'0 16 year out-of-date that weighs 220 lbs beside 10% body fatMore Questions & Answers...
