I am 24 yrs old masculine have Muco-cilliary diseases.which
cause [semen]
sperm of my penis is comming out of my mouth as[semen] sperm after the night
falls
of [semen] sperm from my penis during periods. which cause heavy desperate breathing and [semen] sperm comes
out
of my mouth day after morning for last 10 months.And even my sweat having
the
same desperate smell of [semen]sperm and which also causing gastic problem surrounded by my stomach.please help me to cure it .

I am afraid you have the wrong explanation of the disease. Here it is:
