Whats the difference between toning and if truth be told building muscles?
From my understanding, u return with more toned when u do a lot of reps near a low weight. And u build muscle when u do few reps at a high-ranking weight.
Also the cargo machines like nautilus and ones approaching that are more for toning. The free weight ones, close to the bench press and squat are the ones that add more muscles.
Am I right on these two things? Also, do u enjoy any other advise one how to tone/build muscle.

Correct you get the basics, a short time ago know what you want, high reps low counterweight in weightlifting will offer a cut or ripped look, toning i have found comes best through cardio, muscle building requires greatly of work, eat dignified protein within 45 min of workout, it also requires working out more commonly until established could take a while but undisruptive and healthy road is the best , don't go out and use steroids, or creatine, at hand just popping pills because they want express results fast, but im a let somebody know you those guys shrink like a deflated baloon if they thieve a few weeks off from lifting, Just stay cosistent in what ever you do and work out even if you really really dont grain like it.

muscle toning is that making your body more firm, not like a muscle man its a not too skeletal body with some pretty chest and arm muscles is a right example for a toned body. building muscles is putting an energy for you to be classify to those that you know, literally hunk.someone who is castrated,can they still get erections?
Basically you are correct within the idea more or less toning and building size and strength. The difference in machines and free weights is that the machine only works the targeted muscles. The prime mover and does not work the supporting or minor muscles, which is why it is better to use free weights. Give yourself recovery time. You are increasing your muscle during recouping. If you train too often you will decline. Do not work duplicate groups with out at tiniest one or two days of rest.No such thing as toning. When you build muscle, you guzzle more calories than needed to have extra things to build bigger muscles. When you are "toning", you are eating smaller number calories that what is needed to maintain your solidity in directive to burn fat. Losing body round give your muscles a more prominent appearance giving you what society call a more "toned" look. The justification people do highly developed reps is because they are trying to increase their heart rate and burn fat.

Yea you're close on this. Toning is better # of reps and less shipment. Its basically the movements you would do that are simliar to cardio-you want your heart rate complex than it is at rest and in the right band to burn fat.Bulking and building muscles involves a lower gamut of reps and higher mass. In that case, you're not concerned roughly speaking quick movements that hold your heart rate up, but instaed slower movements of heavy freight (in a controlled form).
