The solely thing to be precise possible are growth hormones but no ethical doctor would give those to someone your size. Yes at your plane your in the bottom 10 percentile of boys, however growth hormones are really solely intended for the extreme situations and you don't fall into that category. Also realize that you would solely expect maybe 2 inches from the hormones... within is every likelyhood that you are not finished growing. You will probably continue growing several more inches.

Some teens develop quicker than their peers , not just sexual nouns but also height , weightiness etc .You may just be one of those guys who will suddenly lug a spurt in point in the subsequent few months and indeed may end up taller than your mate

I be around your age when i had one and the same pressure of accelarating my growth. Frankly growth differs between individuals, some may grow faster than others and some can keep growing into their 20s. You are singular 15 so dont fret yet, you might confine up or even overtake them in point.
I would suggest a couple of simple exercises which can be done both to help you grow (if not slightly) and also hold your body fit. Assuming that you eat healthily and do regular exercise and do not lift up excessive weights (in gym), maintaining a moral posture when you sit, sleep or even walk is crucial surrounded by keeping your bones healthy.
First, Yoga. Do this a few times and if you are ready, use your legs (toes pointed down) to apply pressure downwards as though you are man pulled down from your ankles, you should feel pressure from your stomach right down to your ankles. Alternate these exercise near some chin ups while still maintaining that full stretch on your ankles. Stretching can be terrifically strenous to your nervous system, so product sure you are warmed up and do not push your body too much.
I cant give an account you how effective these technique would be to you but it helped me when i be 14-15. It helped me gain a conspicuous couple of inches but i stopped it because the stretching after awhile do hurt quite abit. Try to alternate these exercise during mornings and evenings, do not push your body too much.
