Normal scrotum size?

im 15.. i think my scrotum is too long.. as unexpected as it sounds.. and the bottoms of my testicles kind of point inward (towards my penis) i cant really converse to anyone about this lead to I'll feel anxious.. and I just want to swot about these types of things to see if im nomal.
my penis is roughly speaking 2 in. when soft and around 6 when erected.
respectively testicle is about 1.5 inches and my scrotum hang down about .8 inch. from my penis
